In 2015 following a malicious defamation attack, Spartan IQ, IQ First Aid Training and Kando Consulting, were investigated by the Bedford Trading Standards who brought charges to be faced in the Luton Crown Court.
After three years of court appearances the solicitors and barristers of Spartan IQ and Kando won the case brought against them and their managing director, Austin Foenander. Austin was fully Acquitted of all charges with No Dishonesty being recorded by the Luton Crown Court on 21st December 2018.

During the case it has become clear from the evidence gathered, that the companies were subject to a deliberate competitive attack to close the businesses and steal the companies clients and Intellectual Property, organised by the same people who caused the Trading Standards to investigate the businesses.
The managing director Austin Foenander is now working with the ICO & Google to remove the illegal defamation from the internet and to take action against the group of people and organisations who caused the malicious attack to recover the losses the businesses have been defrauded of.
Action Fraud, have been made aware of the fraud since 2014 and are now receiving more evidence to take action against the people and organisations involved.
