Simon and his team of conmen and women including Mark Orr, Clair Currie, Stephen Nock, Bart Key and a number of others, work together claiming false complaints to companies to gain financially from them. In Mr Foenander’s case Simon Henderson had been paid to begin the hostile takeover of Mr Foenander’s business working with Claire Currie creating websites behind the scenes: spartaniqscam.wordpress and clairecurrieblog.wordpress with the sole intention of discrediting Mr Foenander and His valuable businesses. The websites were constructed and linked together in such a way as to create the impression that the accusations were numerous and widespread in order to ‘deceive’ the public and encourage Bedford Trading Standards to investigate Mr Foenander, without Simon Henderson being identified as being involved.
In 2014 Simon Henderson and the people named below were ordered by the Milton Keynes Police to take down a Private Facebook Group about Mr Foenander, which included threats to his life and physical harm coming to him. As this group was taken down, the people involved worked behind the scenes to continue to steal the Intellectual Property of Mr Foenander’s businesses including a valuable First Aid Training Business, a Corporate Health Business and a Business Consultancy and solutions business that included a Highly Valuable contract with FIDES the Treasury Bureau owned by the Credit Suisse Bank.

Simon Henderson today, is operating as The Shiatsu Guy Presents as a sole trader and has also ‘decided’ he is qualified to offer Mindfulness Training, which he is not. Mindfulness Training can be very harmful to the public if delivered by an unqualified person.
Simon Henderson stole the Mindfulness Programme and Intellectual Property from Mr Foenander for his own financial gain during the Trading Standards Case and is Not Trained or Approved to offer mindfulness training! The program was written and owned by Mr Foenander personally, as Mr Foenander is approved and qualified to train and develop Mindfulness Programs.
NOTE: Mindfulness Programs must only be developed and delivered by approved and qualified trainers as delivery by a self proclaimed trainer could cause serious psychological damage to the patient/client.
