In 2015, Claire Currie was hired to defraud Mr Foenander’s name and business of its Intellectual Property for the gain of others while using his company name of Kando Consulting, to create a fraudulent letter of reference using Mr Foenander’s name to gain employment at TNT. The Kando Consulting legal team, were swift to act and Currie was immediately released from TNT but Currie went on attempting to involve Mr Foenander personally in a fraud to support the attack on the Kando Consulting Awarding Company first aid training division, IQ First Aid and Spartan IQ.
Currie and her group of fraudsters were determined to steal the companies, business intellectual property and clients by falsely accusing the companies of malpractice and causing a trading standards investigation.
Three years later the companies and Mr Foenander were fully acquitted of fraud at The Luton Crown Court in December 2018, while during the case it became clear that the companies and Mr Foenander had been defrauded of millions of pounds of revenue and Intellectual Property value in a Serious Fraud.
It is also clear, with evidence available that other businesses in the Mark Orr and Simon Henderson Group have financially benefited of the theft that took place from Kando Consulting Group and these companies are no doubt the businesses behind the theft and Fraud that took place. The matter is being updated to Action Fraud, the Serious Fraud Office and The National Crime Unit as this serious fraud involves people potentially hold positions in Local Authorities and other Government departments and these people must be brought to face justice as this must never be allowed to happen again.
Claire Currie is not qualified to deliver first aid training, first aid, mindfulness or any other health and wellbeing program. The only service we are aware of that Currie does provide is Kink Based Prostitution services as advertised on her many websites and groups.
